Bezos appears to be a ‘type’ to me; and there are too many, in power, that are like this. Says one thing with his mouth; the exact opposite with his behavior.

To think he ‘claims’ his focus is customer support; no no no, he’s not COMPETING with anyone. *grin* He just wants to own the whole game and he’s willing to drown small writer cats to keep you on his ‘everything store’ website.

Hi! Thanks again for pointing out the email troubles. I just hadn’t noticed… :-/

Yep, I read about the WP. I didn’t really care, but it seemed to me Bezos was either (a) insane, or (b) clever somehow but still insane. I haven’t read any of the myriad “analyses” of it–maybe there was some sort of rationale. But…ya know…it’d still be insane! {8’>

I looked at Scribd a long time ago. Eight years, maybe? It’s probably changed. But I’m done with Wattpad (absolutely no feedback/value for me there AFAIK), so maybe I’ll look at Scribd again.
