Hi Lynelle!

Glad to hear (well, read) you're back! I saw you commented on a later post, so I guess that means you know I've started. What amazes me is how natural all this seems. And I hadn't realized how much I missed quiet walks at night until I got them back.

Of course my sleeping never really worked on a "normal" schedule until recently. I would wake up over and over, until I couldn't get back to sleep, and would become tired soon thereafter. IOW, I shoulda been napping all along. Only that didn't work either...until now.

I definitely agree with you: the night is veryvery nice for writing. So cool to live in it again!

Hey DHY! Haven't been around for awhile, and this is July 16. So you said you'd start your experiment July 3. Annnnd? So, how's it going -- or -- how did it go?

Keeping in mind, please, that I'm heavily menopausal, I often wake up at midnight, and it's all over for me. So I hang out in bed to see what may happen, then finally get up and go write or do other things all night long. Much of my best writing is done at this midnight hour. It's fine, it really is, and I don't always (not Always) feel like I have to get some sleep during the day sometime, once or more. Not sure if this is relevant to anything at all, just thought I'd mention it.

I've also heard (and know some people who are very much like this) that those who have tremendous energy and love of...well, just love, I don't know...life, whatever...don't tend to need much sleep, and they do all kinds of odd "polyphasic things" in a 24-hour period.

I guess that's all I have to say. It's always fun to read your material!!
