In reply to Marie.

Howdy! Thanks for dropping by. I very much enjoyed your book, and have read several posts on your site, so...well, I'm flattered that you wandered thisaway.

This post is a week old, though, and I put up a new one today (Polyphasic Sleep: Two weeks along). So I successfully navigated a few shoals, and seem to be on track to stick with it.

I'm not sure I could (or would) have done this without reading your stuff first. So thanks very much for that, too.

Hello sir! A friend of yours sent me a link to your blog. As a fellow (former, and soon to be again) uberperson, congratulations! You've done awesome so far. I wanted to drop in and say that, and Hang In There!, because it *does* keep getting easier for another week or so, and many of the problems you mention I had too, and they went away between days 10 and 14 or so. If your late nap is still leaving you tired and wandering the lonely shires at night after your wife returns (and here's double fingers-toes crossed that you can get through solo-parenting without messing up your schedule this week!!), it can probably be repaired with a simple tweak -- but personally, I doubt you'll need to. My experience and others bears out that as you finish up your Uberman adaptation, the tiredness reduces to coalesce around one nap, and then it finally vanishes -- sounds like you're just on the cusp of that.

Best of luck and if I can be any help, hit me up! ::highfive::
